About Me
I am an AI & Machine Learning Developer specializing in Generative AI, intelligent automation, AI agents, data workflows, and operational process improvement.
I work with operational teams across voice, chat, back-office, and blended environments to gather requirements and understand workflows, systems, dependencies, pain points, and available data. I translate that discovery into As-Is and To-Be process maps, solution architectures, technical proposals, and clear success criteria grounded in baseline KPIs and expected business impact.
My role spans the full solution lifecycle: prototyping and stakeholder demonstrations, development, pilot testing, user acceptance testing, KPI-based validation, rollout, BI and data enablement, adoption monitoring, and continuous improvement. I create technical and user-facing training materials, deliver instructor-led and solution-specific training, and support onboarding and adoption from pilot through production.
